About

I'm curious about people.

That curiosity first led me into advertising, where I spent more than twenty years exploring what moves people.

Over time, I realised I wanted to bring that same curiosity into a different kind of conversation—one that helps people reconnect with themselves.

My own experience of therapy transformed the way I understood my life, my relationships and the choices I was making.

It taught me that therapy isn't about someone thinking for us.

It's about someone thinking alongside us until we can hear our own voice more clearly.

In our sessions, I'll listen closely, ask questions and sometimes offer connections or observations. We can think together about what is happening for you now, and about patterns that may have developed over time.

I don't believe therapy is about becoming someone else.

I believe it's about creating the conditions in which people can become more themselves.
